8th April. Julia Elton. Severndroog Castle and lighthouses.
Julia’s recent research on lighthouses has revealed a previously unknown link.
13th May Mary Mills. George Livesey. South London's revolutionary gas manager.
His biography is the subject of her latest book
10th June Mark Stevenson Recent work in local sites of interest.
Mark is Archaeology Advisor Historic England South London.
8th July Ian Craig ‘The Watkins family and Ship Towage on the Thames.
This will include information on preserved steam tug, Cervia.
9th September Richard Allen. The North Kent Line.
Among other things Richard has been studying work on the tunnel between Blackheath Station and Charlton.
With, hopefully, news of success and further work.

also. SATURDAY 12th APRIL at 11.00 JOHN KENNETT of Eltham will be conducting one of his notable walks on the Progress Estate. Meeting outside the Co-op at Well Hall at 11.00. If you plan to attend, it is very helpful to let us, or John and Marion, know to expect you.
